When Huge Inc.'s office manager left unexpectedly just before the holidays, I stepped in to provide interim support until a permanent replacement was found. One of my key assignments was to boost employee morale during this transitional period.

To create a festive and engaging atmosphere, I set up a holiday ornament-making station, inviting employees to craft branded decorations for the office tree—a creative activity that was met with enthusiasm and positive feedback.

Additionally, I addressed a recurring issue with misplaced washroom keys. Leveraging the office's new 3D printer, I designed and produced custom keychains that were both fun and functional, ensuring the keys were easier to keep track of. These initiatives not only resolved practical challenges but also fostered a sense of community and creativity among the team.
